Nicole has an MBA in finance and brings 20 years of administrative, accounting, and human resource experience to the company. Nicole is responsible for the company's office management and customer care.

Jonah is certified and trained in all aspects of the restoration industry. Jonah manages the crews and job sites, provides estimates, and maintains the company's equipment and inventory.
