Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Water, Fire, or Mold Technician. As a technician, you will be responsible for performing restoration tasks related to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. This includes cleaning and drying affected areas, removing debris, assessing damage, and assisting with the repair and restoration process. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and effective communication with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and identifying issues related to water, fire, or mold damage
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• IICRC certifications in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and/or mold remediation is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Experience in the restoration industry or related field is beneficial
