Vista, CA \u2013 (April 3, 2019) <\/strong>\u2013 Military veteran and Vista resident, Jerry Hammons, has answered the call to serve the local community, becoming the designated local \u201cParamedic of Property Damage\u201d with the opening of his new PuroClean of Carlsbad franchise. Located in Vista, California, Hammons will lead a team of highly trained technicians in helping home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and other property issues, 24\/7.\u00a0 PuroClean of Carlsbad will serve the Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Oceanside, and San Diego\u2019s North County areas.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo place, and no person, is immune to devastating property damage, whether it\u2019s caused by a natural disaster or something as hard to detect as mold spreading behind the walls of a home or business,\u201d Hammons said. \u201cOur team of industry-certified technicians will mobilize quickly in times of need, providing quality work and exceptional customer service. We are thrilled to have completed extensive training at PuroClean\u2019s Corporate Headquarters in Florida and look forward to helping remove the stress from our neighbors as they face complex, sometimes scary property damage situations.\u201d<\/p>\n

A military veteran embarking upon the next phase of his career, Hammons joined the United States Navy in 1989 in the submarine fleet on board the USS Omaha stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. After serving his country, he worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years and later transitioned to counseling roles at a residential treatment center. He then entered the restoration industry as he sought ways to leverage his passion for investigation, inspection, and service. Throughout his career as a restoration specialist, he has worked in various positions, including restoration technician, project manager, and business developer. Hammons is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Master Water Restorer and Commercial Drying Specialist. In addition to these certifications, he holds 10 other IICRC certifications and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) accreditations. His wife and business partner, Delaney Dabney-Hammons, is a residential mold inspector.<\/p>\n
