More than fifty years later, that flood remains part of the neighborhood’s oral history \u2014 a reminder that Loch Lomond’s low ground and mature drainage infrastructure have been tested by serious water before, and that the same streets can still be vulnerable during today’s heaviest storms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
