It’s hard to put into words just what a great experience I had using PuroClean. We had a mold problem in my room and needed to get it fixed quickly. We’d never had a mold problem before and never had to put in an insurance claim before. We called PuroClean and spoke to Carl. He told us he’d take care of everything with the insurance company, something we’d been stressing about, and when he heard my mom had lung cancer and we were worried about the mold spores he immediately had some of his guys come out with air purifiers. His guys were consummate professionals, quick workers, and just all around nice people. They even put us in touch with reliable people for the wall rebuild. When our insurance company gave us problems with parts of the claim, Carl went to bat for us and helped us sort it out. I really can’t rave enough about them. I hope nothing like this happens again but if it does I will absolutely be calling PuroClean back and highly recommend everyone do the same.
