PuroClean was recently enlisted to help a Ringwood, NJ client with a mold concern. The client had noticed a foul odor in the bathroom and contacted us to inspect further. When we arrived, our team conducted a thorough home inspection, where we noticed some discoloration in the bathtub and surrounding caulking. To confirm our suspicions, we asked the client if we could remove a few tiles.

After removing the old sheetrock and eliminating all traces of mold, we installed new sheetrock in the entire bathroom. Upon completion, we applied a coat of moisture-resistant paint that ensured mold would not return.

Additionally, one of our diligent technicians also found evidence of rodent infestation behind the sheetrock that possibly contributed to the foul odor. Our PuroClean team made sure to thoroughly treat and clear it out before we replaced the sheetrock and painted the bathroom.
