PuroClean of Wood Dale is so proud to have been a part of the hurricane restoration efforts in Southwest Florida after the devastation caused by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole. We were thankful to be able to lend a hand and send a crew from our office down to Florida, where they remained for seven weeks between October and November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helping Out Our Friends in the Sunshine State<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PuroClean of Wood Dale sent Steven Martinez and Kevin Walsh, two of our sales representatives, to assist with securing work in Florida earlier in October. They were accompanied by an experienced crew led by Mitch McKnight, Dallas Jamison, and other talented individuals. Additionally, Project Manager Miguel Torres and Tech Anthony Vaughn spent several weeks assisting our primary team in the jobs we received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our dedicated team and trucks were on the move to help with the restoration efforts.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Our teams had an excellent experience in Florida, receiving more than 30 leads–15 of which translated into new jobs across Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Sanibel Island. Most of the work was on residential properties, but our dedicated crew also lent their expertise and services to a commercial job at Brookdale Bonita Springs<\/a>, an assisted living facility. It was gratifying to offer our services and give the kind residents peace of mind during a difficult time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All work and no play aren’t fun, so we took advantage of our downtime when we weren’t working on a job! Thanks to a client’s generous neighbor, we enjoyed a beautiful boat ride along the coast of Fort Meyers and took a break from city life in the company of some friendly wildlife out in the woods. However, there was nothing quite like the excitement of watching a Miami Heat versus Chicago Bulls basketball game! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we are glad to be back home in the Windy City, PuroClean Disaster Services is humbled to have been able to assist our southern neighbors. We sincerely appreciate everyone who was a part of our team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
