Believing that a fire in a church just a day and a half before Friday Mass might<\/em> cancel the service for the week is understandable. But, our crew at PuroClean Disaster Services accepted it as a personal challenge to rise to. The Ministerio Internacional Nueva Creacion church in the Wood Dale area recently faced those unfortunate circumstances and called us in for an urgent fire restoration job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire Restoration for the Church<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Ministerio Internacional Nueva Creacion was adamant that cancelling Friday mass was not an option for their congregation. Our project managers and techs evaluated that the size of the affected areas in the church would require nonstop work to meet the deadline. So, we wasted no time and got to work on the large venue to accommodate their needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We designated the auditorium main restrooms, hallway, and social room as the priority. These facilities were essential for a congregation to gather for mass, more so than the rest of the building. Our technicians worked around-the-clock to assure that each of these rooms were both functional and clean by Friday evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We completed the main area mitigation just in time for mass, but continued to work on the remainder of the facility during the service. Our crew dug in and powered through the tough hours, and they were all glad to help such an important center of the community. Eventually, after 32 hours of consecutive work in shifts, we completed the restoration in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our quick turnaround and thorough fire restoration services impressed the church’s pastor and the congregation, as well. The ability to work with on-call technicians greatly contributed to the speedy turnaround time. Close coordination between administration and project management also streamlined the process. Our crew and staff were proud to be a part of such an important job to so many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
