I couldn’t be more pleased with Julian and his partner from Puroclean. On Tuesday I had an upstairs toilet overflow down into my family room ceiling. I didn’t know who to call so I just picked them from google and they came out right away and helped with the clean up and put fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. They also had to cut out the damaged ceiling so it could be replaced. They were both friendly and professional, gave me a reasonable estimate, and since, I am disabled, helped me with a couple of things that went about and beyond the call of duty. Within minutes, Julian assessed minimum water damage. As precaution-sprayed with mold prevention and left a dehumidifier and fan to ensure no moisture remained behind shower wall. Our sump pump backed up on a Thursday night and I called Puroclean of Bartlett. They came out the same day and cleaned up the water and dried out our basement in timely manner.
