I couldn’t be more pleased with Julian and his partner from Puroclean. On Tuesday I had an upstairs toilet overflow down into my family room ceiling. I didn’t know who to call so I just picked them from google and they came out right away and helped with the clean up and put fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. They also had to cut out the damaged ceiling so it could be replaced. They were both friendly and professional, gave me a reasonable estimate, and since, I am disabled, helped me with a couple of things that went about and beyond the call of duty. They made a very anxious lady a little calmer through this whole situation. Thank you again Julian and partner (I’m sorry I forgot your name).

Within minutes, Julian assessed minimum water damage. As precaution-sprayed with mold prevention and left a dehumidifier and fan to ensure no moisture remained behind shower wall. He returned to gather equipment and double checked all was well. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained every step as he proceeded. Our sump pump backed up on a Thursday night and I called Puroclean of Bartlett. They came out the same day and cleaned up the water and dried out our basement in timely manner.
