Prior to founding PuroClean of Birmingham in 2014, Hunter worked for a regional third party claims management and insurance support company and most recently with a local regional bank in the company's commercial banking group. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and holds IICRC certifications in WTR, ASD, FSRT, AMRT and OCT.

General Manager

Laura joined the PuroClean of Birmingham team in 2017 and has over 10 years experience in the restoration industry. She oversees both mitigation and reconstruction divisions of PuroClean in Birmingham including project management, estimating and day to day operations of the business.

Rickey is not just a dedicated professional in the field of Mitigation, but also a loving family man with a passion for travel and an avid enthusiast of college football. With a commendable two-year tenure in the field of Mitigation, Rickey finds fulfillment in his role by actively contributing to the restoration of homes. His commitment to delivering exceptional service underscores his enjoyment in assisting customers and ensuring their homes are not only recovered but also accompanied

Kati joined the PuroClean team in December 2021 as the Office Manager. She graduated from Gadsden State with a degree in Applied Science of Radiologic Technology. Kati has extensive office management experience from previous positions. In her spare time, Kati enjoys spending time with family, fishing, scrap booking and crafting.

Marketing Director

Allie joined the PuroClean of Birmingham team in January 2020. She attended the University of Georgia where she received a degree in Marketing and received her Masters in Marketing at the University of Alabama. In her spare time, Allie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Maddie Turner

Contents Manager & Coordinator Specialist

Maddie Turner is the Contents Manager at PuroClean of Birmingham, with over five years of experience in the moving industry. She joined PuroClean in November 2023 as a coordinator supporting five office locations and has since grown into her current leadership role. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her family and coaching club volleyball.

Shawn West

Business Development Officer

Shawn brings 25 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant General Manager and six years in restoration business development. He holds AMRT and WRT certifications and joined PuroClean in September 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, Alabama football, and time with his wife of 29 years, Mandy, and their two daughters, Molly and Riley.
