They were great both times, easy to work with and very accommodating. Very pleased with their quality of work, as they even came behind the previous contractor and cleaned up a lot of his work. Had a pipe freeze and burst then had 1/2” of water all through the house. From the first call they were out very quickly and have been very responsive since. Got the water vacuumed up quickly and got the drying process started. They answered any questions I had, kept me informed, and let me know options along the way. I would recommend not having any pipes burst at all, but if they do then Puroclean is the go-to cleanup crew!
