Scott came out on a Saturday night around 10 pm. We had a broken pipe that flooded our finished basement, we had literally moved in 2 weeks prior. Scott and his partner brought all the necessary equipment and dried our carpets and walls for us immediately and efficiently! After everything was dry we had the pipe fixed and discovered there were two layers of insulation and the back layer was still wet, he came back out and dried our insulation as well. Scott and his crew took awesome care of us and I couldn't have asked for a better response!

Scott with PuroClean made a very stressful situation virtually stress-free when we were required to repair a water leak that was discovered in a house we rented after we had moved out of town and could not be there to facilitate the repairs. He quickly worked to give us an estimate while making the new homeowners and the property management company feel at ease. He was available 24/7 for questions and repaired the damage to the floors and wall quickly and professionally. He was also the most reasonably priced, saving us THOUSANDS of dollars. We cannot say enough good things about Scott and PuroClean and feel very fortunate to have found them.
