These guys are awesome! My basement floor was sopping wet with 2-3 inches of water in some places and my tiled bar area looked like a water feature. The guys were at my house and ready to go to work so quickly it made my head spin. Quentin was very professional and explained step by step what he was doing and why. The equipment that they used looked state of the art, which provided peace of mind while our basement was drying out. Scott came by and checked the progress daily. Now three weeks later, there is no sign that the basement was ever underwater! Most importantly, there is no smell at all!! I hope to never need their service again, but if I did, I would definitely call them! I would also recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to need them!

The fixes he recommended worked perfect!

Our water heater developed a sudden leak and dumped a significant amount of water onto our basement floor. Scott Nuttall, the owner of the local franchise was not only responsive and prompt, he also lead the clean-up personally and came out each of the next two days to check on the progress of the job.
