I talked to Alan of PuroClean today about a possible mold problem. We spoke briefly on the phone and he was willing to look at a picture of the potential problem. After reviewing the picture, unlike other companies he recommended first working on it myself, cleaning out the area, and then taking pictures and sending them to him if I was still concerned. He seems very reasonable and if the problem continues, I will certainly call him in.

After a burst fridge water line left my kitchen drywall and hardwood flooring wreaked, I was introduced to water mitigation and the PuroClean team via my homeowners insurance. Working with the PuroClean team has been an absolute pleasure and lets be clear, when they are the ones ripping up my kitchen, and I still can only sing their praises.. it is a serious compliment. The entire team, from Alan managing, approving and scheduling work to Mario and the guys ripping up my walls and floor, have been incredibly professional. They worked around my schedule and explained the process (which when dealing with insurance is complex and time consuming) at every turn. Moreover, they were so incredibly respectful of my home while they worked and always cleaned so thoroughly before they left. When we hit little bumps in road and they needed insurance approval, they were able to escalate to senior adjusters to ensure work continued in a timely manner. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough and would work with them again in an instant.
