Our Fort Payne-Based PuroClean was a Transition from Carpet Cleaning to Full Mitigation for Any Property Damage.
We run a family-owned business that has been dedicated to serving the Fort Payne, Alabama community for over eight years. Our DeKalb and Etowah based PuroClean team understands that any unexpected incident of water, fire, and mold can create an unbearably stressful situation in your life. Our work surpasses repairing property damage; we also repair the daily lives of those clients we serve. Our business extends through DeKalb, Etowah, Cherokee, Jackson, and Marshall Counties.

Jerral & Chrystal Ingle and their team at PuroClean Restoration Services also service the Albertville, Scottsboro, Summerville, Centre communities and many more Alabama communities.

As a family-operated business, PuroClean Restoration Services provides 24-hour emergency restoration services in Fort Payne/Gadsden cities and all the surrounding counties. If you need assistance, please call our 24-hour local response line at (256)273-4900. Our PuroClean Restoration Services family is here to help you and your family get through the difficult time of an unexpected event in your home or business.

Fort Payne and Gadsden are both located on the edge of Interstate 59, which allows the citizens to travel from area to area quickly. Here in Northeast Alabama, we have beautiful mountains as well as lakes and rivers. In North Alabama, we enjoy all four seasons. The Fall and Spring landscapes are especially beautiful. Our school systems are ranked among the highest in the country.

Owner Jerral Ingle and his wife were raised in North Alabama, and they both knew this is the area where they wanted to raise their family and enjoy their lives together. Our PuroClean loves the friendly and down-home people here in Northeast Alabama, and we are glad we are part of this special community. We take the most pride in helping people, especially the people who we are lucky enough to call our neighbors and friends. Jerral is on the Board of Directors of Fort Payne High School Athletics, Board of Directors fort Payne Chamber of Commerce, FCA Board of Directors – DeKalb County and Cherokee County, and Board of Directors – Advisory Committee Cherokee County Vocational School.  He is a leader in his church, where he teaches children’s church and his wife, Chrystal helps in the church nursery. As PuroClean, the Ingles sponsor several local sports teams. Jerral is a member of the Lions Club and the Gadsden City Chambers of Commerce, and has been invited to join a BNI group in Gadsden

Before PuroClean, the Ingles owned a Carpet Cleaning service for over ten years, by the name of “Carpet Care and Restoration LLC,” and they have used that experience to build a strong foundation for PuroClean restoration and mitigation.

Owners Jerral  and Chrystal Ingle take pride in serving the needs of Fort Payne and the extended Northeast Alabama Area. We have an outstanding team here at PuroClean Restoration Services.
