We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom, apparantly it had been running all day, soaking half the upstairs and all the downstairs. The owner Chris got right on it, he had his lead guy Seth on his way and quickly got equipment going and helped move stuff to try and save furniture from the water. Initially they thought this would be a 3-5 day job to dry out and remove flooring and ceiling, turned into 7 days. Seth and Chris had both said at differant times that they would stay on job every day till done and they could be reached by phone 24 /7 if i needed anything or had some question even in the middle of the night. It's kind of hard to describe how having your home destroyed by water, (or anything), feels. I've never had to deal with anything like this in my life. Puro Clean's Chris and Seth were so good about how they approached this job and made a huge difference in how i was able to deal with and process the loss. They both walked .me though the steps of dealing with all this and what to expect. They assured me they would take care of the house, it would turn out okay, but then they asked if I was okay, they are also a kind of grief counselor, guess that comes with the job. This made my part in all this so much easier since i really didn't know what to do. I truly believe that some things happen for a reason, and PuroClean's Cris and Seth were sent to me when I needed them so badly. If i ever need this kind of help again, these are the guys i would want. Customer service is a rare thing these days but these guys exhibit what great customer service is all about. I was very well taken care of, they honestly care about people. You will feel like they are family.
