"Had a pipe bust in our gym here in Lewisville, Tx (Planet Fitness) on the day after Thanksgiving and it flooded almost the entire 23,000 sqft area with at least an inch or two of water. We originally called Gerry from the Puroclean closest to us. We have a special type of rubber flooring and needed the water cleaned up quick to not have it ruined, so Gerry called in Chris from the Burelson location to get it knocked out even quicker. They had all the water dried up within a couple of hours and stayed even later through the night (until about 5AM!) to get the walls prepped and set up all the dehumidifiers and fans. Also, they were so friendly, they had our gym members coming up and talking to them and even asking how to use certain pieces of gym equipment; they would then stop what they were doing to take the customer all the way to one of our staff members to help them They both did great work, were extremely helpful, and really quick. Would definitely recommend. They would honestly be the first people I would call if something else were to ever happen."

Chris' team did an amazing job in informing me and walking me through each step of the drying process. Technician was on time each time he had to come as well as he was very pleasant and respectful.
