I called with understandable trepidation with the fear of large repair bills as a result of water damage inside my home thanks to the recent flash flooding. Chris started by mentioning that his team would come to my home and not charge a service fee to determine the extent of my problem and possible remediation. He then assured me that his team would be in touch and get to my home very soon, and they did arrive the very next day. When Joe and Camden(?) arrived ON TIME, they began the process of determining the extent of my damage. They were able to quickly determine that the moisture was limited to one small area in a single room, and that my drywall was not involved. The smell was attributed to wet carpet only. The recommendation was to use box fans to allow the carpet to fully dry and then clean. No additional repairs or costs were needed. They could have easily charged me a service call or diagnostic charge, but did not. Their approach inspires trust and I will heartily recommend this business to my family and friends.
