Master bathroom toilet over flowed and kept running when we found. The master bedroom was ankle deep in water. Called Office and they took info and called back with time tech would be out . Chris Tucker called back and advised tech was on the way right then . From time ofcallto when rech arrived was 35mi . Tech was very professional and informative. We where lucky caught in time so they where able to extract water so we could look at our options from there. Thank you Chris for you concern and professionalism.
