Our Team

Michelle Ramos is the Owner/President of PuroClean Property Restoration Services, which has been serving the island of Oahu since 2010. Michelle was raised in Oahu, where she lived most of her life in Kailua. She attended Kailua High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in Management & Marketing with a minor in International Business. Michelle is a certified life and business coach and has nearly a decade of experience consulting businesses in Hawaii. She previously worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, where she learned about world-class customer service, a quality she embodies in her role at PuroClean. She is passionate about helping people and driven to make a difference.

Michelle joined PuroClean because of her desire to give back. She wanted a way to show her love to her community to be practical and yield close to immediate results. Relationships with the people she works with are far more important than money. Michelle has led by example, treating all of the clients she works with as part of her ohana! This attitude extends to PuroClean Property Restoration Services staff, as she works to serve them as much as the ever-expanding extended family she is making every day.

As one of the only female-owned restoration businesses in Hawaii, PuroClean brings a unique perspective to the industry where caring and compassion are at the company’s heart. Our culture is built on a foundation of service, integrity, and hard work. We truly enjoy rescuing people and gain tremendous satisfaction from serving others.
