I cannot say enough about this company. it is devastating to wake up to a flooded house because of a pipe breaking. I am a nurse and I am used to being calm cool and collected in emergency situations. However, seeing my house flooded I was at a loss and beyond the comprehension of what to do next. I called PuroClean and they were at my house within an hour and took control of the situation. they were very compassionate, took extra time to explain everything, and got to work on drying my house out. they asked me if I had a place to move stuff out of rooms that were flooded and when I said no they ordered a pod immediately. They moved everything in an organized way so they could get flooring up and start the drying process. During the entire day, I was reassured it would be ok. There are no words to describe the personability, compassion, caring, and understanding demonstrated by this company.
