Hoboken on the Move with Property Restoration and More – November 2021

Since the end of summer, the team at PuroClean of Hoboken has been keeping busy with property restoration projects, company growth, and opportunities to give back. There have been many changes, too, along the way. As we take on more jobs, we learn and evolve. We are proud of the progress we have made and the work we do for our community.

PuroClean of Hoboken Completing Property Restoration Projects Across Jersey

November was another jam-packed month of remediation and restoration across Jersey City, Hoboken, West Orange, and even into New York state. The crew has been working hard on some long-term jobs for various families that have longer time frames of completion. These longer, more involved jobs span water damage, fire damage, biohazard cleanup, and other property restoration. In the little time between large jobs, we’ve filled our time with projects that take only a few days. There has not been room for much else.

Many of our large-scale jobs are starting to wrap up and are near completion. This is exciting because it means we can take on other property restoration jobs, and help more people. In the past few months, we have gained so much invaluable knowledge. When Hurricane Ida and Hurricane Henri hit Jersey and the northeast in late August, we were bombarded with so many calls it was a challenge to keep up. But, in just a few months we have come a long way in preparation and being ready and able to handle several long-term jobs at once.

PuroClean’s Property Restoration Experts are Making Strides

With a busy month full of work, we have also made some adjustments internally. As we continue to learn and grow, a few of our technicians have been given promotions within the team. We have added some new lead positions to ensure that each job site is well-organized and has a main point of contact. This helps the other technicians understand who to take direction from, and it makes it easier for our customers to know who to speak with about their property restoration.

We have also made a few changes and additions to more of the behind-the-scenes positions. Our former marketing manager, Elaine, moved to an office assistant position, and we are super excited to welcome our new marketing manager, Ashley Mendez. Ashley said about her new position with PuroClean: “I am very excited about joining the PuroClean of Hoboken family. I can’t wait to build and grow with this company. Aside from the growth and new positions of our employees, we have also been making strides in our community. We care about the members of our community beyond what’s involved in our job. One way we can show our care is through donating time and money to non-profits throughout the year. In November, PuroClean of Hoboken donated $1,000 to Mending the Scarred, whose mission is to help women affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and poverty, and more.
