PuroClean of Lafayette Sponsors Local Charity Drives

Recently, we had the honor of sponsoring two Lafayette community events that have taken place throughout May. These events have been a fantastic opportunity to give back to our area and residents.

On May 6, 2022, we participated in the annual Builders Association of Greater Lafayette (BAGL) Fish Fry. BAGL is an organization comprised of home builders and industry professionals who are “dedicated to promoting homeownership, professional development, community involvement, government interaction, and vocational opportunities.”

The BAGL Fish Fry was sponsored by local businesses to raise funds and promote the housing industry. Our PuroClean team sponsored the event’s cash bar, which allowed attendees to savor delicious drinks with their meals.

PuroClean’s Community Bonds

We participated in the annual Food Finders Food Bank Blue Jean Ball as a bronze sponsor the following day, May 7. The organization’s mission is to provide food for those who need it most “and advocate on hunger-related issues in the North Central Indiana area.”

The Blue Jean Ball helps feed the community and raises money for other programs within the Food Finders Food Bank. The BackPack Program and the Fresh Market are just a few of their projects that benefit from the funding.

Food Finders Food Bank’s impact on the community cannot be understated. Our marketing manager, Jessica Fishero, had the privilege to attend the Blue Jean Ball this year. Fishero recalls how the event changed her perception of her community: “I realized that Food Finders doesn’t just provide meals and food to the Tippecanoe county area, they reach well beyond and encompass most of West Central Indiana, therefore my 2022 Fall Food Drive is going to be bigger and better than ever and I cannot wait!”
