The ProClean team was on time each day and worked very hard to sanitize my basement. They piled everything in each room. Sophia and two helpers worked at my side to help me throw out wet items. Sophia was so kind and understanding and professional. The other young lady and man with her were so helpful and worked with me to throw out a lot of damaged things. Other men carried everything to their truck and hauled it away.. They put items I wanted to save in dry boxes. They made a very stressful situation manageable. The man in charge was very polite and explained things well. The dehumidifiers were in the basement five days and they did the job. The team worked well together. Thank you for your service.

We were assigned to PuroClean by our insurance to dry up water damage caused by a bathroom leak. The technician Richard Ludd was very professional. He installed two machines and checked on drying progress everyday. He was available by cell so that we could schedule his checkins easily. He arranged for a mold test and mitigation service proactively, given the agrvof our house. We are very pleased at our dealings with him in a stressful time.
