Water Damage Restoration By PuroClean at an Assisted Living Facility in Syracuse

Water Restoration

Water damage can be a huge inconvenience for a building’s residents and managers. Not only does water damage create structural and financial problems, it can also lead to the growth of harmful mold. It is recommended to fix these water problems as soon as possible to avoid further issues.

PuroClean’s Team of Water-Damage Experts to the Rescue

We recently received a call from Brookdale Summerfield, a senior living facility in Syracuse, NY, regarding a water issue. Knowing the importance of addressing water problems as quickly as possible, our team arrived at the location within two hours of receiving the call.

When we arrived, we found that there were seven rooms and one hallway affected. They were the first areas that had water extracted. We had to thoroughly remove all water before setting up the drying equipment.

Since a majority of the residents require the assistance of walkers and/or electric wheelchairs, we made sure we didn’t create any obstacles or dangers. Throughout our work, we were very accommodating and made sure the residents were able to freely move around. Therefore, our team couldn’t place as many fans and dehumidifiers in the hallway.

The process began on March 1 and ended on March 8, which was quicker than expected. Our expert team worked hard so that residents could safely resume their normal lives. Because of our outstanding work and communication throughout the process, the facility’s director was very pleased with our restoration. She even gave us a stellar Google review. Great job, team!
