I had PuroClean mitigate my bathroom after a leak. They did an excellent job and were communicative, professional, reliable and trustworthy through the entire process. I highly recommend PuroClean for any mitigation or remediation work you may need.

I had an emergency water damage concern and Robert arrived within 24hr to assess my property and investigate the source of my concerning water leak. He thoroughly investigated the piping in the crawl space of my home as well as the moisture levels inside my house, ultimately determining that I had a burst pipe in 2 locations with the water trajectory pointing down away from the wood frame of the house. This was a massive sigh of relief, as it suggested little concern for water damage, and I was so grateful for how honest and clear Robert was with his communication. I highly recommend Robert and PuroClean to anyone that has any concerns about potential water damage. They are a very trustworthy, reliable service.

Absolutely in love with PuroClean. We had a company come do water remediation that fell way below acceptable (left things wet that they said they had taken out, did not do mold remediation, etc. Outside of also just being rude in general as if it was an inconvenience to come do our job.) We called our insurance agent and switched to PuroClean, an independent local company, and have never been happier with a decision. Sarah and Steph in the office are so polite and quick, they had someone out so quickly (Stefan, who is also wonderful and explained the whole process step by step). He quickly identified what the other company had missed and within three days had a pod and a dumpster delivered and a crew came out to sort through our stuff, remove trash and wet wood, and wiped and sanitized everything. The crew themselves were so nice and friendly (two women named Bri, and a woman named Honor) and SO quick at their jobs. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough. If I could give more than five stars I would.

My dad recently had water damage at his house. We called our insurance and were given the number to Puroclean for remediation. I called and spoke to Sam Padilla who was very helpful and able to get someone out right away. Aaron was very informative during his inspection and gave us a good idea of what to expect moving forward. Kelvin Ramos was the onsite technician and extremely helpful, patient, and communicative. Kelvin was willing to answer any questions we had, and is truly a kind person. He and his crew worked exceptionally hard and were very professional. We truly appreciate the care Kelvin and his team put into their work. Thank you Sam for your patience and communication as well.

Having an unfortunate experience like water damage in your home can be extremely stressful. PuroClean is responsive and professional. The on-site remediation team led by Kevin Ramos, and his techs Marcus, Joel and Henry have been informative and courteous. Also Aaron who is in the office, provides great customer service, communicates often and able to answer my many questions.

The Puroclean crew did a fantastic job of demoing and remediating the water damage we suffered after a leak in our bathroom. They were quick and efficient and very, very neat. Everything that had to go was removed without disturbing remaining finishes. All debris was wrapped up and removed daily, and areas out side the work zone stayed clean and dust free. Workers were terrific and responsive to my concerns. I would highly recommend Puroclean!

Kelvin Ramos managed the repair and restoration of the damage portion of our home. Kelvin is an extraordinary communicator; he kept me informed at every stage of the process. It was a pleasure working with Aaron! He was super responsive and helpful. He came back a few times to help me with additional things needed and was always very professional and trustworthy. His team found a new leak coming from upstairs and worked quickly to stop the leak asap! Not to mention he had to go back and forth with my angry neighbor and mediate an argument with her and our plumber. Honestly great service and made me feel comfortable while I was away from my home.

We had a pipe burst and flood in our home in late March. Doug and his PuroClean team guided us through the difficulty and stress of cleaning up the extensive damage. They arranged for remediation of both water damage and mold damage, and brought in another company to help when asbestos was found. After cleaning up all the damage, Doug was an amazing advocate for us to get full coverage and payment on our insurance claim. Finally, we are working with his associate to rebuild all the damaged flooring, walls, and cabinets. Truly great service from beginning to end. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have had the guidance of Doug. And his team are all great people, friendly and helpful, and extremely professional. I don't believe there is a better choice than PuroClean in Long Beach.

Doug was amazing! He promptly answered my service call, arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do. He kept me informed as to the extent of the damage. I could tell immediately that he was quite experienced in this kind of work. The PuroClean crew took extra steps to ensure my safety during the dry out process. Although this is not the type of service you choose to have, the service provide by Doug & PuroClean completely exceeded my expectations.

I purchased what I thought was my dream home even though I could see mold around the Jacuzzi, and had a mold test done which was positive. The mold test showed mold that wasn't terribly toxic so I decided to take a chance on the remediation being simple. It turned out that after demolition of the bathroom, and scrubbing and treatment, the mold test was still not clear, and more mold was found, all the way to the exterior of the house and on an interior wall into an adjoining office. I was out of town on a family emergency, and totally freaked out by this news, wondering if I would be rebuilding the whole house. My PuroClean rep, Doug Akins, was honest but reassuring, and worked in the further demolition so as not to take another month for another appointment. This time, after the demolition, scrubbing and treatment, the mold test came back clear, and the reconstruction has begun. Thanks to Doug, my sanity is saved, and my dream house did not turn out to be a nightmare. Thank you, Doug!
