I highly recommend PuroClean for restoration services. We received quick responses when needed, and all employees went above and beyond in all aspects of their services.

Recently I had an insurance claim and went thru PuroClean from West Kelowna. I highly recommend. The project manager Sheree was very helpful and responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Rafeal and Johnathan were very professional and did great work restoring our basement. Great job 😊

Jose and his entire team at Puro Clean Signal Hill were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They provided a high-level of education on the matter and appropriately helped to guide us on any steps or decisions that needed to be made. They consistently communicated and kept us up-to-date every day on the remediation. Our insurance company had us contact PuroClean after we discovered a water leak near our kitchen. Kelvin and Allan were at our house the following day, explained the process, and began the remediation process that day. Also on the team were Eric, Ishmael, and Luis. All were professional, courteous, and informative. Kelvin made it clear that I could call him at any time if we had any questions. They put our minds at ease as we were going through this difficult time. Aaron was in the office and proved to be very helpful. He coordinated everything with the leak detection agency, insurance company, and anyone else that was involved in mitigating the damages in our kitchen and the surrounding areas.. Aaron was always available and very responsive. I would not hesitate to use PuroClean should a similar situation occur.

From the moment my insurance company put me in touch with PuroClean I was amazed at the responsiveness and professionalism that I received over the past few months. From follow up and appointments, just seeing how things were going, Kelsey was terrific. Luis, the technician that handled the cleaning /drying of the water damage process was a life saver. I cannot say enough about him and how well I was treated. It was evident how upset I was at my situation and Luis explained everything in a way I understood and I was made to feel safe and comfortable during the process. Bill's piece was the final part and he too, was outstanding with the service he and the contractor that did the painting, floor and wall repair. I live in Pinellas County and the office that took care of me was in Plant City. If I ever needed this type of assistance again, they are the first place I would reach out to. Having an unfortunate experience like water damage in your home can be extremely stressful. PuroClean is responsive and professional. The on-site remediation team led by Kevin Ramos, and his techs Marcus, Joel and Henry have been informative and courteous. Also Aaron who is in the office, provides great customer service, communicates often and able to answer my many questions.

We used Puro Clean for mold remediation in our home. Wow, these guys really know their stuff. They were efficient, clean, meticulous, and professional. They far exceeded my expectations. They were considerate about minimizing any disruption to us. As a property manager, I have hired hundreds of contractors so I believe I have a good perspective about the quality of their work. I'm writing to let you know how impressed I am with the excellent level of service you provided with regard to the work done at my home. It was a pleasure working with Aaron! He was super responsive and helpful. He came back a few times to help me with additional things needed and was always very professional and trustworthy. His team found a new leak coming from upstairs and worked quickly to stop the leak asap! Not to mention he had to go back and forth with my angry neighbor and mediate an argument with her and our plumber. Honestly great service and made me feel comfortable while I was away from my home.

Updated review: I eventually was able to connect with the professionals at PuroClean and they’ve been exceptionally helpful. They’ve given us guidance and referrals to help with our water and asbestos issues; even when the business wasn’t something they could help with directly. Doug and team have been helpful and I would recommend reaching out if you’re in need.

Very professional, very responsive, kept us informed

We had a pipe burst and flood in our home in late March. Doug and his PuroClean team guided us through the difficulty and stress of cleaning up the extensive damage. They arranged for remediation of both water damage and mold damage, and brought in another company to help when asbestos was found. After cleaning up all the damage, Doug was an amazing advocate for us to get full coverage and payment on our insurance claim. Finally, we are working with his associate to rebuild all the damaged flooring, walls, and cabinets. Truly great service from beginning to end. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have had the guidance of Doug. And his team are all great people, friendly and helpful, and extremely professional. I don't believe there is a better choice than PuroClean in Long Beach.

Doug and his team are awesome! We recently referred them to a client who had an issue in their home. Him and his team handled it quickly, efficiently and gave them an honest opinion of what it was going to take to rectify the situation. We appreciated how quickly he worked on it and got the situation taken care of right the first time!

A recent fire at my home required me to seek the services of a restoration company. Even though the circumstances were distressing Doug and his team at PuroClean were a pleasure to work with. Among other things their job included demolition, clean-up, itemizing everything for cleaning that was affected by fire, smoke, and water, and covering the garage and other premises to prevent weather damage. During every step of the project they were prompt, detailed, efficient, and professional. Doug explained thoroughly what the project entailed, keeping lines of communication open and active during the entire process. Even though I knew PuroClean had other jobs they gave me the impression that each one was treated as if it had the highest priority. That is an amazing feat. Not only did they demonstrate expertise in their work, they were also compassionate, considerate, and encouraging. In my experience, that is rare. Thank you to Doug and his PuroClean crew for restoring my faith that there are people who still value integrity and take great pride in their work. They have my highest recommendation.

Doug from PuroClean came highly recommended and now I know why. We had a flood in our second floor laundry room that caused damage to the downstairs ceiling. Doug was there within two hours of my call and worked through the weekend to dry out the ceiling. PuroClean was fast, efficient and reasonably priced, I would recommend them highly.
