These guys were great! I had water spill into my house over the weekend while I was out of town. I called PuroClean of Long Beach and they were at my house within two hours. They sucked up all the water, set up some fans and a few days later the living room and bedroom that got wet looked like nothing had happened. Hope I never have to but would definitely use them again.

My husband and I noticed some black spots on the walls in our bedroom. I called PuroClean of Long Beach and they came right out. First, they came about and were very professional. They finished their inspection with meters and cameras. Lots of pictures. They promised a report and an estimate of work needed. Unfortunately my insurance wouldnt cover the mold :/. Within hours they sent me a report with pictures and an estimate. I should say, never did they pressure me into hiring them. Said they just wanted to give me the info and hoped i would consider them because they were a pretty new business. The whole process, how they explained how mold grows, to climbing into my attic, and giving me info for a plumber that came out and fixed a totally unrelated leak, very professional and informative. They're pricing was very detailed. They set up a bunch of plastic and cut out all the mold covered walls. They showed us pictures of the backside of the walls and it was DISGUSTING to say the least. Thank you guys for your help. Hope this review helps your business grow!

Can't say enough about this company. Recently had a water loss from my roof and I didn't know what to do. With the recent rains in Southern California every other company i called told me it would be at least 48 hours until they could help due to being so busy. I spoke with Juan and he said they could be out in the next 30 min. I contacted my insurance company and Juan and his team did the rest. They really gave me peace of mind In such a stressful situation. They made me feel like family after my first interaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
