Recently I had an insurance claim and went thru PuroClean from West Kelowna. I highly recommend. The project manager Sheree was very helpful and responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Rafeal and Johnathan were very professional and did great work restoring our basement. Great job 😊

I had an emergency water damage concern and Robert arrived within 24hr to assess my property and investigate the source of my concerning water leak. He thoroughly investigated the piping in the crawl space of my home as well as the moisture levels inside my house, ultimately determining that I had a burst pipe in 2 locations with the water trajectory pointing down away from the wood frame of the house. This was a massive sigh of relief, as it suggested little concern for water damage, and I was so grateful for how honest and clear Robert was with his communication. I highly recommend Robert and PuroClean to anyone that has any concerns about potential water damage. They are a very trustworthy, reliable service.

Jose and his entire team at Puro Clean Signal Hill were very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They provided a high-level of education on the matter and appropriately helped to guide us on any steps or decisions that needed to be made. They consistently communicated and kept us up-to-date every day on the remediation. I can't say enough great things about their team and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.

Absolutely in love with PuroClean. We had a company come do water remediation that fell way below acceptable (left things wet that they said they had taken out, did not do mold remediation, etc. Outside of also just being rude in general as if it was an inconvenience to come do our job.) We called our insurance agent and switched to PuroClean, an independent local company, and have never been happier with a decision. Sarah and Steph in the office are so polite and quick, they had someone out so quickly (Stefan, who is also wonderful and explained the whole process step by step). He quickly identified what the other company had missed and within three days had a pod and a dumpster delivered and a crew came out to sort through our stuff, remove trash and wet wood, and wiped and sanitized everything. The crew themselves were so nice and friendly (two women named Bri, and a woman named Honor) and SO quick at their jobs. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Having an unfortunate experience like water damage in your home can be extremely stressful. PuroClean is responsive and professional. The on-site remediation team led by Kevin Ramos, and his techs Marcus, Joel and Henry have been informative and courteous. Also Aaron who is in the office, provides great customer service, communicates often and able to answer my many questions.

My dad recently had water damage at his house. We called our insurance and were given the number to Puroclean for remediation. I called and spoke to Sam Padilla who was very helpful and able to get someone out right away. Aaron was very informative during his inspection and gave us a good idea of what to expect moving forward. Kelvin Ramos was the onsite technician and extremely helpful, patient, and communicative. Kelvin was willing to answer any questions we had, and is truly a kind person. He and his crew worked exceptionally hard and were very professional. We truly appreciate the care Kelvin and his team put into their work. Thank you Sam for your patience and communication as well.

Our insurance company had us contact PuroClean after we discovered a water leak near our kitchen. Kelvin and Allan were at our house the following day, explained the process, and began the remediation process that day. Also on the team were Eric, Ishmael, and Luis. All were professional, courteous, and informative. Kelvin made it clear that I could call him at any time if we had any questions. They put our minds at ease as we were going through this difficult time. Aaron was in the office and proved to be very helpful. He coordinated everything with the leak detection agency, insurance company, and anyone else that was involved in mitigating the damages in our kitchen and the surrounding areas.. Aaron was always available and very responsive. I would not hesitate to use PuroClean should a similar situation occur.
