After a pipe burst a week before Christmas, Puro Clean immediately responded. Their service was prompt, thorough and very professional. Once the initial work was done (extracting the water and drying out the walls, woodwork, etc) they were able to repair the walls, replace the baseboards and paint all the affected areas in two days! It was such a relief to get back to some semblance of normalcy so quickly.

FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED PUROCLEAN, I RECEIVED GOOD RESPONSES TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE WORK CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL DURING THE SET UP OF THEIR EQUIPMENT.
