Miguel and his team from Puroclean was very professional. They carried urgency and seriousness the entire time during the ordeal with my home. I had a mold issue in my kitchen so I had to have walls and kitchen countertops come out. I was a wreck as I have never experienced anything of that magnitude with home repair. I really appreciated Puroclean discussing my options and making sure I understood what they would be doing before doing the service. There were no surprises and that put me at ease given the uncertainty of the situation. They work around your schedule so you don’t feel pressured into building your life and schedule around a businesses limited availability so I liked that as well. I also loved they cared that I had a small child in the home so they made sure the equipment (humidifiers and fans) was in safe and hard to reach spaces for my child’s safety( bonus points for that). The staff was kind and they kept to the integrity of my home and belongings during cleanup as well. The issue with my home was unforseen but Puroclean did a really good job with cleaning out the mold and ensuring myself and my child had a healthy living space. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and quick work practices. I highly recommend.

He and his crew members, Yordon, Luis, Wilber, Kleber, and Marco, effectively addressed the crawl space issue in a manner that minimized any disruption to my business operations. Great guy to work with.

Puro Clean helped resolve a ton of mold and mildew remediations when we bought our first home. While we found some on inspection, we found more once we started doing demos to the house and Puro Clean came out on multiple occasions to help us resolve it each time in the span of 2-3 weeks. They work quickly and the results made us so happy and feel safe in our new home.
