PuroClean came to the rescue! They were recommended to me by my homeowner's insurance for a disaster when my boiler went and filled my entire basement with boiling water, which created steam and damaged everything in my basement. It was literally raining water in my basement. I am highly allergic to mold, they took care of everything from removing the contents, ordering a container and a dumpster and sorting through my large amount of stored items, cleaning up the water, remediating the mold, and encapsulating the entire basement. They worked directly with my insurance. also, great communication! I always knew when to expect them and where they were with the process.

Arrived quickly and assessed the situation and began remediation immediately. So important to us so that we didn't get mold issues. They even came back and monitored the progress of drying.

The team works fast and professional. Their lead comes in to check status and provide procedure and process clearly, and help as much as he can, which makes me very thankful. All things went well. I love their work.
