PuroClean provided water mitigation services for our insured. We called directly with the loss and they were there within 30 minutes. The job was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Once the job was completed all estimate costs were sent within 24 hrs. of the service completion and the insured was very satisfied with the work they provided, customer service was outstanding. I suffered a flood in my basement during the heavy rains in September after my sump pump stopped working. I called the PuroClean office in Stevensville and Justin and his team were fantastic.
