I called Puroclean of Northridge because when we were going to change the fridge, we saw black spots on the drywall. I was convinced we had mold. I did a Google search and came across Puroclean of Northridge (first time I ever had to use a mold removal company). Before the day was out Robert came by and inspected the suspect area. He quickly confirmed we actually did not have mold, and the suspected stains were a combination of water damage and dirt. He provided advice on how to clean things up and promptly left. No charge. Awesome. Robert was knowledgeable, and interested in solving the problem even though in the end it meant no immediate business for the company. I say "no immediate" because even though we didn’t need their services today, they won a customer for life, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's in need. Thank you Puroclean of Northridge.

First experience with Robert since our previous guy has gone MIA. Returned our call right away and came out the very next day. He called us prior to arrival to make sure we were home. Professional uniform and very nice. They got to work immediately and made sure to inform us when they had something to point out. Didn’t try to up-sell, just took care of it. Pricing was less expensive than some other quotes. Highly recommend.

100% recommendation for this company. I noticed water coming in through the side of my house on a Sunday morning. Started my search for a service on Yelp and started a conversation thread with Robert. He was willing to come out to my house within an hour and give me an accurate quote per my request. He arrived timely and we set up a remediation plan and they commenced work the same day. His team was professional and efficient. They set up machines to remove any water and to dry out the area where the water had come in. Within few days they dried everything and saved my newly installed espresso hardwood floors. Workers used shoe covers, masks, and gloves. Felt safe. Five stars for this company!
