This past fall we had a severe leak in our home in Palm Desert. Within hours PuroClean was there to begin the restoration process. After 2 1/2 months and a major renovation to our home, we can only praise them for their extraordinary service. Their suggestions of products to replace what was damaged showed great knowledge of the industry when it comes to cabinets, appliances, moldings, flooring, etc. They were extremely careful with our belongings during the pack-out process and the unpacking once the restoration was completed. They exceeded our expectations of what our home would look like and say we were happy is beyond being happy - we were thrilled and would highly recommend them. They were both professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and their subcontractors did an amazing job.

I recently had a dishwasher leak causing damage and the need for a complete remodel. I selected PuroClean for the job. They provided professional and responsive service. Brandon and his team were on top of the process from start to finish. In particular, I appreciated that they went above and beyond to manage the challenges caused by COVID, and mitigate the impact. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work they did.
