Burst Water Valve Causes Flood in Evergreen Park Home

We cut an area 1-foot-high out of the drywall along all the affected walls. The drywall was saturated with moisture and needed to be replaced rather than dried out. Our team also removed and replaced all of the damaged laminate flooring. We then set up our air-dryers, which use powerful fans to remove trapped water from the area.

Once the water-damaged areas were dry, we finished the repairs to the drywall and floors. After, we just needed to replace the panels from the ceiling, which also was a quick process. We quickly and effectively finished this process, which pleased the client. Before the client knew it, things were back to the pre-loss condition, and they were able to get back to living comfortably in their own home.
