However, they quickly realized that this other company would be unable to get the job done. So, they called us to complete the job the right way.

Our working relationship with this client dates back roughly four years. They had some damage to their property, and we mitigated it for them. But, time passed, and when they needed assistance again, their insurance agent referred them to a vendor that had built up a strong relationship with them in the interim. Thankfully, the client had always kept us in the back of their mind. So, when the other guys weren’t living up to their end of the bargain, the client kindly showed them the door. A leaking pipe from the electric water heater located in a closet in the basement of the client’s home caused the damage. As a result of the leak, there was mold growth on the closet walls, which the first company did not treat. We began by fixing the burst pipe, which would allow us to dry and treat the area.

With the drying out of the way, we were able to clean the mold growth. This process includes removal, sanitation, and deodorization. Currently, this process is still ongoing. However, the client has already expressed their gratitude for our professionalism and for the quality of the work.
