They kept the equipment running and performed regular checks, as it took over a week for the ice to melt and they wanted to head it off before it caused more damage. Had it been left alone, I have no doubt the entire room would have been ruined. Steve and his crew were responsive, thoughtful and professional. They gave regular updates, so I was never in the dark about how things were progressing. I can't thank them enough.
