Our industry-certified, uniformed professionals pledge to do whatever it takes to restore and rescue your property. While minimizing costs, our technicians will act quickly, work efficiently to track odors, remove odor-causing bacteria, and restore your property to a safe, healthy environment.

How Our Odor Control and Deodorization Process Works

  1. Removing Source from Affected Area(s): Our technicians will need to identify the source of the odor and remove it from affected surfaces and areas. We follow state, federal, EPA, and OSHA regulations on disposal.
  2. Cleaning Affected Area(s): Depending on the surface and area, we will use the best techniques, equipment, and products to most effectively clean the area. Our specialized technique is the PuroClean RapidDefense™ Program ™ Program. Then we will remove odors using methods such as ozone shock treatment and thermal fogging.
  3. Sealing Affected Area(s): Once cleaned, our technicians seal the affected areas to ensure any remaining offensive particles will be trapped for good and no longer able to unduly affect you, your loved ones, your friends, or your pets.
  4. Providing Post-Construction for Affected Area(s): If materials and surfaces were removed to get to the source of the odor, we will rebuild and replace what was removed.

We experience a sudden water event on a Saturday morning. I was able to get a plumber to stop the problem, but still had a wet carpet and pad loaded with water. I was able to get in contact with Steve at Puroclean. He came that day, evaluated the situation and provided a quick quote. He worked with my insurance company directly which really made the process easy for us. He was able to save the carpet, which saved a ton of $$. He had a number of pieces of equipment that measured the moisture level in the carpet, walls and wood floor to determine when all was appropriately water free. Great experience. Steve was such a pleasure to work with. He monitored the situation daily and only kept the machines here as long as they were needed. No residual smell or anything!!!!! I would recommend Steve for any water damage job I have in the future. He made all the difference in the world!!!!

My insurance agent recommended PuroClean to manage and complete the remediation work resulting from a water pipe that busted in the kitchen. I could not have been more pleased with their work and support throughout the project. The owner of PuroClean assisted me in working with my insurance agent in getting my claim approved. The owner was with me throughout the project. Including meetings with the claims adjuster and the leak detection company to answer questions and provide input. His team was very diligent in completing the remediation work. They were there to ensue a clean hand off to the rebuild company. I would strongly recommend PuroClean for any type of cleanup and remediation project.
