Drew, Jake, Angie and the gang jumped right in when our two floors of our house got flooded by a pipe that burst. They did a quick pack out, salvaged everything they could and were respectful of all of our personal items and worked with us to protect as much as we could. They worked tirelessly for close to three weeks. I want to Thank each and every worker who took care of our house like they would their own. I highly recommend this special group of people to any situation that life might have dealt you... Thank you PuroClean!!!

I need to give a shout out to PuroClean of Roanoke. We had a faucet break and leak overnight …. Could have been way worse, but you still worry about the moisture, mold and your floors being permanently damaged. When we talked to Drew Owens he was calming and reassuring that because it was clean water and because we called them quickly, he could pull all water out and prevent permanent damage to our floors. His team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well as thorough. I hope the need never arises, but if it does, I hope you will consider Puroclean. We were very happy with them and found them to be trustworthy and reliable!!

Drew and Jake were phenomenal to work with through the entire process. Our basement flooded on a Saturday and Drew and crew were there that day to help mitigate our water problems. Unfortunately we had to remove some of the damaged area and Jake and his crew were awesome. They were respectful of our space and made sure everything was clean and neat after demo.
