Detailed Cleaning and Microbial Prevention
After demolition, the team conducted a detailed cleaning of the structure and affected materials. They removed every nail and screw from the framing and thoroughly vacuumed all surfaces with a HEPA filter to eliminate any dust and debris. The areas were then treated with an anti-microbial spray to prevent future microbial growth, followed by a thorough wipe down.
Once cleaning and microbial treatment were complete, the team repositioned the drying equipment to focus on the newly exposed areas, ensuring comprehensive drying. By the next day, all materials had reached the required drying standards, and the home was declared ready for repairs.
