James Demoss was the Loss Claims Specialist who was in charge of my job. He was great and was easy to get in touch with when I had questions. I highly recommend PuroClean.

WOW! This is what I thought when I saw the way my valuables were being taken care of. I can truly say that I was impressed by this company. They seemed to have things covered that I hadn't even thought about. To top all this off, this was done and finished before I could ever imagine. I have to also thank the lovely ladies that packed my china so lovingly. I watched them with tears precision of a surgeon pack each bowl or cup with care after taking photos and documenting every single detail. I am in awe... Thanks James DeMoss, you are the best! I would recommend PuroClean of Shreveport to anyone. The staff is very sincere and listens to the clients concerns and needs. The painters are very professional and talented.

There is little more upsetting than having your house damaged. But if something like that happens I highly recommend puroclean. They dried everything out and they fixed all the damage beautifully, but they are such a delight to work with. I’ve never met a nicer and more helpful group of people in my life.

Angie and Brad were so great!! Their customer service was above any that I have received in a long time. They didn't just say that they would see what they could do to help but did it, within an hour I had paperwork to do, Brad had gone and evaluated what was needed and it was all taken care of with the first phone call. Then they checked in to see if there was anything else. This made such a unpleasant situation to almost bearable and is greatly appreciated.
