Our Story

Speaking of Shreveport and the surrounding area, PuroClean of Shreveport’s owner Brad Brossette says, “I know there is a lot that the world has to offer, and I have been to most of those places. But this is paradise to me.” The Shreveport area is Brad’s home, and he says his neighbors “are like family.” He sees where this area is underserved when it comes to property damage restoration services. Thus, Brad is committed to his neighbors, educating them on the quality services PuroClean of Shreveport has to offer, and ultimately giving them peace of mind when disaster strikes.  

Disaster can result from lake and river flooding, which have, in the past, destroyed properties in the ArkLaTex area. Common are powerful thunderstorms, like one in 2013 that brought softball-size hail and massive damage to Brad’s home. “It broke several windows, destroyed most of the house’s siding, and obliterated the roof.” 

Brad says they had friends and family in the construction business who could tarp the roof and stop the leak. However, as they handled the reconstruction, Brad questioned their subcontractors’ craftsmanship and still feels like the house isn’t the same. Through this experience, Brad understands the importance of reconstruction. And, he always keeps the full scope of property damage restoration in mind. From the first phone call through remediation and reconstruction, Brad desires to be on the same page as the property owner. His goal is to leave home or business better than before the damaging event.
