We had water damage to our condominium. Fortunately for us we found PuroClean. They responded quickly to access the damages. They were far more extensive than we thought. They came out the next day and started remediating the water and moisture. I learned a lot about the remediation process. The workers were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I recommend using their services anytime someone has any type of water damage.

Late in 2022 a water pipe leak in crawl space required mold remediation and replacement of insulation. Billy's team was quick to start the job and finished within promised time. After completion work was inspected and received good report. Price was reasonable for the quality provided. Billy has family members in the crew. I have found that to be the best indicator of likely quality for any trade.

Our cleanup story starts on April 23rd, 2021 with a ruptured water heater in the attic space which sent water at full street pressure into 2 master bathrooms and 2 walk-in closets directly below the water heater. Of course the rooms involved had brand new hardwood flooring finished just 2 weeks before. Water was coming out of the ceilings and through the light and exhaust registers in the master walk-in shower. I was able to shut off the water at the heater. Thank God because It was a 7PM on a Thursday night and we probable wouldn't be getting any help till the next morning. The next morning ee called our insurance company at 8:30 AM and they said to get a restoration company in as soon as possible. PuroClean of Cape Fear was our choice and we couldn't have made a better choice. As soon as we spoke with the owner Billy Soots, he had his crew at the house within the hour and they started the job by taking everything off the walls and even taking out the clothes from the closets. They immediately started the dry out process and with the help of a new water detector scope were able to see the water in the walls and floor. They have since completed our job and the walls are repainted, drywall repairs have been finished and all the closet racks and pictures on the walls have been returned to their proper places. The amount of equipment they used to correct our problem was staggering (heaters, vacuum mats, and more). But even more impressive were the people working for PuroClean. They arrived every day on time were courteous, respectful and tireless in getting everything done and helping us recover from a really traumatic experience. Sorry this was so long but we really wanted people to know how the process worked and how great was our experience with PuroClean of Cape Fear.

Brandon did a great job resurfacing my driveway and parking lot with slate driveway stone. He showed up on time and finished the job under the estimated time. Thank you Brandon!
