Had a sewer backup in a house we had just bought. I contacted another company, and they told us they would file with our insurance and take care of all that, and sent someone out to do an estimate. We had water in the floor in one bathroom, and nothing draining in the other. We had a plumber lined up to completely redo the plumbing once the restoration team did their part. Over a week later, we were still waiting, trying to give that company a chance. I decided we couldn't wait any longer, and we contacted Steven at PuroClean. He came out that day, and in three days they finished and had everything ready for the plumber to get started. Steven was professional and helpful about the whole process, and everyone involved in the work was friendly and professional! 100% would recommend to anyone!

CUSTOMER REVIEW 👇👇👇 "We have had the unfortunate experience of needing remediation services multiple times over the past few years. After the first incident, we accepted the vendor assigned by the insurance company. Since we did not know what to expect, we assumed that an incredibly messy work area and "unprofessional" workers were the standard for this type of service. We were assigned PuroClean after the second incident and were blown away by the difference between them and the previous vendor. PC conducted their business very professionally from the managers to the field staff... everyone looked the part and acted the part. The work site stayed amazingly clean over the several days it took to finish the process. If a mess had to be made it was cleaned up before they left for the day. The Field Staff was very courteous and friendly, answering any and all questions I had throughout the process. I truly can't explain the relief their service provided us compared with the dread of what we thought we were about to experience again. These are the guys you never want to call, but if you need it, they are definitely who you should call. Which is why when we had yet a third water incident... on Christmas night no less(!!)... knowing we would be dealing with PuroClean removed one aspect of the stress caused by the situation. This review may sound too good, but it is the honest to goodness truth! They are good people who do excellent work!"

While having to deal with pipe leaks and water damage certainly wasn’t something my wife and I wanted on the top of our to-do list, PuroClean made the process much better than it could have been. EVERYONE with PuroClean was friendly, communicative, and willing to do whatever it took to resolve the water issues. While I hope I never have another reason to use them, I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone in need of their services!
