We live in Cape Coral and recently had a new refrigerator installed and left for vacation just two days later. When we returned home, we found water on the floor from a broken water line. It was late at night, but we called anyway, hoping to leave a message and hear back the next day.
To our amazement, they responded immediately and were at our home within about an hour! They quickly assessed the situation, shut off the water to the ice maker, cleaned up and dried the area, and even coordinated with a plumber to get the broken line repaired.
What could have been a major headache was handled with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that responds so quickly and stands behind their customers the way they do.
