Build and Lead a Growing Division
PuroClean of Waconia is seeking a Contents Manager to build and lead our contents division.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all contents operations from pack-out to pack-back
- Manage inventory, cleaning, storage, and documentation
- Implement and run Contents track (or similar contents software)
- Build systems and processes for efficiency and quality
- Lead and manage contents technicians and labor teams
- Coordinate with mitigation and reconstruction departments
- Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Write or support estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus)
- Ensure proper documentation for billing and supplements
- Maintain warehouse organization and workflow
- Help grow and scale the contents division
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in contents restoration (fire, water, or mold) preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience with pack-outs, inventory, and cleaning processes
- Contents Track or similar software experience is a big plus
- Xactimate experience is a plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license

- On-call or after-hours response as needed (fire losses, emergencies)
