Rebecca and Tim did the paper works, suctions all the water that day.great, reliable and doing a great job. Also Josue Sosa and his team did took all the carpet , damage baseboard and the rest . Make follow ups putting all those machines and blower to make sure was taken care of. Flooded basement due to frozen pipe and burst. They are reliable and did a great job. Thanks

Rebecca and Tim from PuroClean made the whole procedure of paperwork and project fulfillment effortless and Sammy removing all the water damaged areas. This is something my stress level appreciated after my upstair neighbor's refrigerator water line leaked and damaged my condo. The dry walling and painting repair was excellent. The cabinetry, I felt would have benefited from someone with more expertise in cabinet repair.

I can't say enough positive things about the PuroClean team. I contacted Dennis in a time of grief and trauma. Him and his team quickly came to my rescue to assist with a biological clean up after a death of a loved one. The PuroClean office staff, Dennis and the technician Nick really showed so much compassion and kindness and were a true comfort to me. They did an amazing job and you can't even tell the needed to have a biological clean up after they were done. The gross is gone the smell is gone. What they left me with was a clean home and a little less trauma. In this hard time, it's hard to see the blessings but PuroClean is definitely a blessing to me and the family. On February 13, 2026, our home sustained substantial water damage from a frozen water pipe. Our insurance company contacted PuroClean and they responded within hours. Cody Vick supervised the team of Tucker, Robert, KJ, Nick, John, Keeley and Sterling. In a timely manner Cody and his team contained the water, removed wet flooring and damaged personal items. Along with moving salvageable items to drier areas of our home. The team then deployed fans and dehumidifiers needed to dry out our home. Over the course of several days they completed the needed demolition and drying process. At all times Cody and his team were polite and professional. Cody kept us informed and updated throughout the process. He was always available to us at any time for any questions we may have had. Cody and his team helped us through this emotional and devastating event. We highly recommend PuroClean especially Cody and his team for anyone in need of this type of service.

Update - Repairs were made. Literally looks like there was never any water damage and David and his team made my ceiling and walls look better than when my home was first built. Amazingly skilled professionals! Ed and his team are amazing! Dealing with water damage is alarming and nerve wrecking. Ed was able to come out and assess the water damage and then provide a well thought out plan to move forward to make the necessary repairs. Great company and looking forward to working with him and his team to get my ceilings repaired!
