Introducing Our Newest Location, PuroClean of Park Cities/North Dallas

PuroClean First Responders is proud to announce the launch of our newest location, PuroClean of Park Cities/North Dallas. With five successful franchises in Illinois and Wisconsin, co-owners Keegan Trudgen and Tim Lohse were ready to take their property damage skills to a market further south: Dallas, Texas.

Our Texas Team

Along with settling into our newest location, we are thrilled to be working with our other co-owner, Newton Hopkins.

A native Texan and graduate of Southern Methodist University, Newton graduated with corporate finance and real estate degrees. With over 20 years in the financial and real estate industries, Newton has the experience and expertise necessary to thrive in the restoration business.

We also want to give a warm welcome to operations director Herman DeAlva. With over 24 years of experience in the restoration business, Herman provides a unique perspective that helps in the day-to-day operations of our business.

As the operations director, Herman runs the company’s front office, manages multiple job sites, provides client estimates, and maintains company equipment and inventory.

Our Mission

As with our PuroClean franchises in the Midwest, our mission is to provide high-quality restoration services to our clients. PuroClean of Park Cities/North Dallas will serve residential and commercial customers in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Farmers Branch, and Las Colinas areas.

We offer water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and reconstruction.

Although PuroClean of Park Cities/North Dallas will assist residential clients facing emergency property damage, the team’s primary focus will be commercial and large-scale property damage restoration.

Staples and Macy’s are two of the large commercial properties we worked on to effectively and efficiently return to their pre-damaged state.

These two projects are just the beginning of an exciting journey for our newest location, and we cannot wait to get to work!
