The Puro Clean team was very quick to respond when my roof was leaking! They were here within a couple of hours and took care of everything. They left an industrial fan to dry everything out. I offered to drop it back at their shop, but they picked it up. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Wow, I must say our experience with John was second to none. We had an issue that needed to be addressed ASAP and with all the storms, they were not able to help immediately. John was concerned enough he offered solutions that made an immediate impact. Our home's environment and our respiratory issues cleared up until we could get a long term solution. It would have been easy to just blow us off but we are grateful for thoughtfulness.
